Im not as sexually active as i used to, and im on the depo shot. if im off it, will weight drop or stay? will i experience spotting? return of period?

Yes to all: If you decide to come off of the depo shot, you will slowly see irregular spotting and return of your period, but it will take a little time for things to go back to normal. Usually (but not always), patients will lose a little weight as well but it depends on the individual, what your diet is like, level of physical activity, etc. Hope this helps
