what can i do to calculate body fat percentage at home?

Dr. Gregg Nishi

Calculate fat: It is difficult to do this at home accurately. There are scales that supposedly calculate this for you, but they are not very accurate. You can buy skin calipers which would be more accurate, but a little tough to measure yourself. That's probably your best bet.
