A member asked:

For the past 5 months my cycle lengths have been 26, 29, 32, 24, 24 (24 being the most recent one). does this mean my next cycle length will be 24?

Not necessarily: The variation you have experienced in the length of your cycles is normal and length of the next cycle is unpredictable. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
