LBA under 30: I assume there is no radiation so this points to localized lesions in a "youngster." See your doctor for an x-ray -most likely spondylolisthesis-a developmental instability in the 4th or 5th lumbar vertebra. Less likely is arthritis from old injury or a birth defect. Even less likely in NZ is discitis from a dirty needle. Poor posture is usually to minor to write about. Check 4 ankylosing spondy
