84-121 pounds: In adults, we assess body mass index (BMI) to determine appropriate weight to height ratio regardless of age & gender. In children & adolescents, we use BMI percentile for which 5th-84th% is healthy, while 85th-94th is overweight and 95th & higher is obese. Given wide range of "healthy", don't forget that weighing more b/c more muscle is healthier than weighing less despite more fat. See your doc.

BMI: Weight is based on the height not the age. The wieght and height together give you the BMI. The BMI number should be between 18 to 24 is ideal. So anywhere between 110 lbs to 130 lbs is fine. Average is 120 lbs.
