Is your pancreas located under your breast/ at top of stomach?

Yes: The head of the pancreas is next is in the curve of the duodenum(small intestine outside of the stomach) to the right side. The tail of the pancreas goes over to the left towards the spleen. In females, the stomach and pancreas lies just under the end of the breastbone.
