Not Emergency, But..: Taking 100mg of Behadryl (Benadryl) is not a medical emergency and is likely to just cause some drowsiness. However, there is a larger question of why she took 4 of these at once. If it was an attempt at self-harm then your friend needs to talk to someone about this.
