That would be 1300 mg, not 975mg--2@325 and one 650mg dose of nyquil. still ok? i accidentally took 2500mg and want to know f i'm ok.

The big problem : with Nyquil is the acetaminophen or Tylenol in it. It also contains the cough suppressant dextromethorphan and the decongestant pseudoephrine. While 2500 mg is getting up there, problems, especially liver damage, doesn't usually occur until a dose of >4000 mg/day, especially repeatedly. So if it is just a one time thing, I think you should be fine. Stay well:)
