1 week: Pregnancy tests can be negative for almost a week even though a pregnancy exists. If a pregnancy test on 02/20 is negative, the woman could have conceived around 2/14. By March 4 she would then be about 5 weeks pregnant, assuming a LMP of 2/1/16. Alternatively, the woman could have conceived Feb 26. A transvaginal ultrasound on/after March 25 would reliably tell the gestational age/conception.
