Early boil: This is likely an early bacterial infected pimple. It is very unlikely to be a sexually transmitted disease. This can occur in any female at any time. Sometimes warm,not hot compresses of a dilute Epsom Salt solution 2-3Xs a day will help clear the pimple. If the pimple worsens or takes over a week to clear, see your MD.
