Probably not: In real life, women have sex and orgasms throughout their menstrual cycles... before embryos form, during the formation of embryos, and after embryos form. So far, our human species has done fine with that. It means that having sex and orgasms does not lessen a woman's ability to reproduce. Also, with natural pregnancies, nobody knows when she has or doesn't have a blastocyst floating around.
