This is risky: I am glad you are waiting for real love. Please stop the hookah stuff. It is flirting with a very dangerous addiction. A Chronic cough needs to be evaluated by a physician. Throat cancer is unlikely but there is a lot else to worry about. You are fortunate to live in a free country. Don't let tobacco enslave you.
