Mononucleosis?: At age 22, these symptoms for 3 weeks are highly suggestive of infectious mononucleosis. Mono often is mild, so "not sick, no fever" doesnt mean much. Depending on risk, it could be more serious, such as syphilis or HIV. There are several other possibilities as well. Return to your doctor for further evaluation.
