See internist/cardio: U certainly have risk factors. Palps definition: aware-ness of Heart Beat. Hard to believe U can feel these w such a bouncy ride. R these single hard beats or runs of beats? Do U have symptoms w these palps? (i.e.,shortness of breath, chest pressure?) Best to have a holter monitor or even better a treadmill stress test to see if abnormal beats can be induced or if ECG changes can be brought out.

Get a Holter: There 's no explaining palpitations or what triggers them most of the time. Chances are these are harmless but a monitor will settle it. I trust that caffeine is the only stimulant that you use; this gives some folks palpitations. Best wishes
