Vascular disease: While your high HDL should provide some protection, your cholesterol and triglycerides are higher than desired. It would require a detailed history, physical examination and may be additional tests for a complete evaluation and to determine the proper treatment. It would be prudent to discuss it with the doctor who ordered the tests.

Triglycerides.: Well, your HDL is fantastic. Your triglycerides are not - they're way too high, and despite the great HDL this could put you at some degree of heart risk. I can't calculate your LDL because your triglycerides are too high to allow for the calculation to be accurate. You need measures to target your triglycerides that will not lower your HDL.
