The lowest amount: Whether it's your own Insulin or some from a bottle or pen, the lowest Insulin dose will stimulate the least potential for weight gain. Remember, it's not the Insulin but the food you eat in response to the Insulin that makes you gain weight. Eat less and exercise more - lose weight and you may not need as much, or any, insulin.
