It the pain sharp, electric, throbbing? What if you just move it in circles without weight? Did you just change activities or shoes? See a doctor to get started on the investigation. Be a detective!! Foot Pain: Is there any pin-point tenderness to the area? Any history trauma? How long? Sharp pain direct on bone could be stress fracture. Where on your foot is important to know? Any discoloration? Swelling? You should have this checked if this has been more than a couple days.
