Condoms work great: If using condoms correctly and all the time, they work great. One does not have to worry about pregnancy if using condoms correctly. That being said, any fertile couple having sex must be ready for real life... which means being married, settled down, with a stable job that provides health insurance (a surprise baby is both cute and has many doctor visits). Home pregnancy tests are very accurate.
