Many things: But the most likely one if you were previously well, is some type of viral infection, or a flu like illness. A particular viral infection can affect some people mildly and some people very severe. If you symptoms are mild, they should pass in about a week. High fever, vomiting and/or diarrhea are symptoms usually requiring a visit to a doctor. Rest, fluids, acetaminophen are advised now.
