Is docking or kissing a girl from kenya witout penetration can transmite hiv? need to do test?

Kissing a girl: who comes from an HIV-prevalent area does result in more risk, but kissing is a very low risk behavior so I wouldn't worry about that. My understanding is that docking is between two males: placing one's penis inside the foreskin of another. If ejaculation occurs there would be a slight risk, but only if there were open skin--sore/cut/ulceration. Testing not needed after these. But Stay Safe!
