Certain drugs: Effect micro-tubules: te "v" drugs, vincriine, vinblastine, and the taxames too. These form the mitotic spindle in dividing cells. But similar tubules are involved in ionic transport in nerve conduction and the drugs mess up causinig numbness and tingling.
