Of course: Are you asking is it possible to become pregnant with twins with your history? It's a fact now, isn't it? If you are asking whether it's possible to carry them until they could be delivered via vaginal or cesarean section, the answer is absolutely yes. However, you are a high risk OB by definition, so keep your hopes up but follow all your doctor's recommended checkups.
