Calm down: Could be a duplicate meatal opening. Did you ask your mother about it? Most likely you were born this way and it never bothered you so you never knew about it. Some men were born with two urethral openings. Often they need surgery to fix it if they have infection, incontinence, other issues. I would see a urologist for an opinion.
