Many causes: The most likely diagnosis is a Bartholin's cyst which is a benign accumulation of fluid from the Bartholin gland in a cystic cavity. This can be easily dealt with by your ON-GYN . There are other causes which can be ruled out at that time

Bartholin Cyst?: Bartholin glands are 2/3 of the way from the top (front) of the vagina on either side. If the gland's duct gets blocked and a cyst forms (can get very big) see a gynecologist. If infected it becomes a painful pus filled abscess. If its draining pus, encourage drainage with massage and warm wet compresses or soaks but if not, worse, or spreading redness go to ER for antibiotics and I and D by doc
