Hypertension, Stress: Your Health is Precious! Even though, stress can cause headache, dizziness, and increase in Blood pressure, it is necessary to go to E.R. for Diagnosis and Treatment of Blood pressure 164/102, dizziness and slightly blurred vision. Health is Wealth!

High BP & dizzy: After you have seen your doctor as others here have asked you to do, if you have anxiety please see a mental health pro. He/she can teach you strategies to mange your anxiety. These can include such modalities as individual psychotherapy, biofeedback, meditation, and clinical hypnosis (see www.asch.net for hypnosis referrals). Peace and good health.
