Eat better: A lot of time are metabolism is low because we eat low-metabolic foods like processed sugar and simple starch. Our body does not need to use any energy to break down and digest these foods. But eating a diet high in lean protein and complex carbohydrates will increase your metabolism. Daily exercise in the form of cardio along with yoga and weights would also significantly increase metabolism.
