Get it checked: Pins and needles in the leg implies nervous system disorder. Etiology for this could be peripheral( pinched nerve in the leg), or higher up such as spinal cord and brain pathology(lumbar disc disease, stroke, TIA and many others ) some serious some not so serious. Very diffult without more info but should definitely go get this checked out. This symptom may be a warning sign of a stroke to come.
