Yes, possible: Chlamydia is not always transmitted. You might be immune to it, if infected in the past. Or you had it but your immune system cleared it up before testing. Also, the test misses up to 5-10% of infections, so maybe infected even with negative test. Did your husband have positive test? If so, the important thing is you must both be treated, even though your test was negative.
