1-2 months: Both lithium and Klonopin (clonazepam) have known fetal risks, though they are relatively low. While it is nice to be off meds during conception and pregnancy, in many cases, the condition you have may prevent that from happening (bipolar, i assume). In general, we think that it is better to stay stable on the meds and take the pregnancy risk, instead of stopping. Ask your psychiatrist for an opinion.
