Results are correct: Test results are correct all the time, and never wrong? No, of course not. There is no perfection in this imperfect world. That being said, if a woman has had no sexual contact for over 2 months, she does not need a blood test. A home urine pregnancy test is accurate, from 3 weeks after sex. It can be repeated one time, one to two weeks later, if no normal regular menstrual period occurs.
