I was recently diagnosed with kidney stones. the pain was on my right side only, now it has moved to my left side only. is that normal?

Kidney stones.: That depends...do you have kidney stones in both kidneys? If you do, then it wouldn't be unreasonable to have renal colic-type pains on either side. But, you should make sure and not just assume that these are kidney stone-related pains.
