Tell them. : If you are prescribed Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) I would recommend just disclosing to your employer that you take it and offer to get a note from your prescribing physician.

No worry. If you obtained it from a friend or whomever, I don't know what to tell you on that you will test positive for amphetamines
