Had 2 glasses of wine over 6 hours, then panicked & took 10mg valium. how bad is this? am i doing to die?

You will not die : You will be fine. Of course you are not supposed to mix benzodiazepines with alcohol but based upon what you presented you have nothing to worry about. Try to not let your anxiety create more anxiety for you by imagining terrible outcomes. You can always call the poison control hotline or present to the emergency room if you are in doubt.

Not a good idea: It is not a good idea to mix alcohol and tranquilizers. As you know you did not die and hopefully you didn't drive. You should review all your meds with your doctor and get specific advise how to handle things if you are going to drink alcohol. Usually there will be some plan to lower amount of drinks or skip a tranquilizer if you are drinking.
