See a rheumatologist: Need to check your blood count, CBC, sedrate and inflammatory profile. If you do not have a fever or chills and no obvious infection you need to consult with a rheumatologist for arthritis, lupus, fibromyalgia. You may have neuropathy but that is less likely. Your headache may be due to inflammation or cervical arthritis. If your workup is negative need to see a neurologist
