Irregular periods: Consider checking TSH ( thyroid studies), check ultrasound of ovaries and for fibroids , polyps in uterus, rarely ectopic or pregnancy.. You mention implant, is that breast implant which I am not sure is related to periods, or an IUD which is known to cause irregular bleeding in some . Bloating may be related but also check ultrasound, TSH, hormones(esp if hormonal IUD), f/u w/ doc
