Stress incontinence: Urinary leaking with physical activity (stress incontinence) is common in older women, especially those who have delivered children. It often goes along with urinary urgency and frequency. You've probably seen the TV ads for drugs for "overactive bladder". This may be your problem. See your doctor about it. Good luck!
