Right upper quadrant: The symptom you're describing localizes the process involved to either the right upper abdominal quadrant or the right lower lung. As far as the abdomen, this could be gallbladder, liver, biliary ductal system or pancreas. As far as the lung, could be pneumonia with the appropriate respiratory symptoms. With a rash, could be shingles. Need a work-up...soon.
