I feel a lump lower left rib cage. i can only feel it when i lie down towards my left side. its not painful and feels movable.

Lumps should: Always be investigated. Painfree does not indicate anything in terms of possible malignancy. Hopefully, its something benign like a lipoma or ganglion but it warrants an exam, my preference is biopsy.
