Not pregnant: Pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If still worried, can test one more time with a home urine test, if no period comes after another week.

Very likely: It is rare but not unheard-of to have a false-negative at 21 days. I am going to assume that this is a reliable urine test 21 days after you made love. I hope this is what you want at least for now. If you have not gotten a normal period yet, it would be worth speaking with your physician. I hope that you will be able to conceive in the future if that is your wish.
