Probably fine: Try some OTC hydrocortisone cream for a few days, and if it clears up, don't worry about it.

You can try some: Aquaphor ointment to moisturize the area. If that doesn't help, try a hydrocortisone cream 1 % 3x/day for 1 week and if still not improving, please have it checked by your doctor.
