Meds in Pregnancy: I would start with salt water gargle, steam showers to loosen things up, and saline rinses 1-2 times per day. There are a number of prescription and over-the-counter Category B medications that are safe to take during pregnancy for rhinitis and allergies if that is a condition you suffer from. Talk to your doctor about appropriate options.
