ARM PAIN: Need more information but whether it's your shoulder, elbow, wrist/hand, it sounds like an oversude injury-- either a STRAIN (tendon injury/tendons connect muscle to bone) or SPRAIN (ligament injury/ligaments connect bones to each other. Would be happy to complete a formal inbox consult to further evaluate & offer treatment recommendations. Limit competitive participation until fully evaluated.
