Need an examination: There are many causes for lower abdominal pain. It may be due to a pelvic condition such as an ovarian cyst, PID, endometriosis or possibly a non-gynecological cause. With this type of symptom you need to see a physician for an exam, including a pelvic exam, to diagnose the cause. Best wishes.
