Every time i breathe in deep or let my stomach out i get a terrible sharp pain, what is it?

Sharp pain w/breathi: May be from benign to more severe. May be costochorndritis an inflammation of the chest wall - if you press on your chest it will elicit similar pain, to musculoskeletal which responds to motrin if not allergic, to reflux ( ranitidine) , asthma/infection, or rarely vascular a clot in lung( you are young for cardiac but could be pericarditis) would follow up today with urgent care/
