mom takes telma h in morning, cilacar 10 in afternoon & cilacar 5 in night.her bp still high & has drooping eyes.can any changes be made to the regimen?

Dr. Harinder Gill

Hypertension: The Cilacar should be taken once a day as it is very long acting, BP control needs medicine AND lifestyle change ,Sodium restriction is critical. Ensure normal physical exam and basic labs including renal function.Addition of a low dose thiazide diuretic may be needed
