Depends: If you have a real reaction to any or all of these I would certainly invest in one.I've heard of one person that had the items tattooed on their wrist to be sure it was easily found. If your "allergy" was based on a blood test saying you had some IgG antibodies, I am leary about the label.Some newer labs freely test you for any issue without a doctors input, the label should be confirmed by an MD
