Throat shrunk SOB: Would go to Er/ urgent care as soon as possible today and get treated . May be having post nasal drip or an asthma attack, there you can get treatment with nebs and medication like prednisone to alleviate the difficulty breathing. For the next few days after you have been treated elevate the head of bed , it will make it easier to breath, consider antihistamines as well ( discuss with doc ).
