help, how much assistance does one need after rotator cuff surgery?

Therapy?: Not sure of the question. I feel that all patients need physical therapy after rotator cuff surgery. This focuses on motion of the shoulder, progressing to strengthening of the rotator cuff. Make sure to discuss this with your orthopaedic surgeon.
