No & Yes: No it is not safe to have anal sex as bacteria will find its' way into the vagina and possibly produce an intrauterine infection as the cervix is still closing post ablation. Yes, orgasm is fine as long as it is "digital" and doesn't involve anything in the vagina "natural"(intercourse) or mechanical (sex toys) such as BOB(battery operated boyfriend).
