Deep breathing: When you get anxious try 4-count box breathing. Close eyes, breathe in 4 counts, hold 4 counts, breathe out 4 counts, hold 4 counts. Repeat this multiple rounds and do anytime, anywhere. Also try going on walk outside, get massage, exercise, journal. Allow yourself a timeout to recenter at least once a day. If anxiety worsens or feel depressed please be evaluated by your physician.
